We are excited to announce our 2025 WII Grant is now open.

The Women in Insurance NSW Grant supports the empowerment of women early in their careers by creating networking opportunities with professionals from across all sectors of the insurance industry.

The winners will have the opportunity to strengthen a self-identified area of growth with a $1,000 contribution from the Association towards an approved self-development course and access to mentoring from both current and former WII Committee members for the duration of the Grant.

The empowerment of emerging women is an essential ingredient for their health, social and professional development. Now in its third year, the Grant is open to professionals with up to three years’ industry experience across related industries, such as: underwriting, broking, claims, risk management, loss adjustment and insurance.

The 2025 WII Grant submissions close 5.00pm Monday, 7 July 2025.

Two winners will be announced at the WII Winter Luncheon and AGM in August 2025.
