The Association for Women in Insurance invites you to attend our 2020-2021 Virtual Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 12 August 2021 at 1pm. Unfortunately due to the Greater Sydney COVID-19 lockdown restrictions, we cannot host a Luncheon in conjunction with the AGM, but welcome you to attend virtually. The online meeting invite link & documents will be forwarded once your RSVP is received.
We would like to thank our principal sponsor for this event, ASTA Group, and share their disappointment at having to cancel the face to face Luncheon two years in a row due to COVID-19 restrictions. We look forward to hosting a Luncheon with ASTA in the future!
The business to be transacted is as follows:
- Confirmation of minutes of the Last Annual General Meeting.
- Report from the President on the activities of the Association during the previous two years.
- Report from the Treasurer on the Financials of the Association for the previous two years. The Association has been audited by Logicca, and a copy is available as required.
- Amendments to the Women in Insurance Articles of Association.
Please note that only financial members are entitled to vote at the meeting.
