SOLD OUT – Our 2025 Autumn Luncheon returns to the Dockside, Cockle Bay Wharf, Thursday 10 April 2025 with special guest speaker, Pauline Nguyen – best-selling author and award-winning businesswoman.

Pauline is well-known among Sydneysiders as the owner of Red Lantern, the most awarded Vietnamese restaurant founded together with her brother, Luke Nguyen. Pauline was named the 2012 Australian Telstra Business Award for Medium Business in recognition of her success.

Pauline’s critically acclaimed memoir, Secrets of the Red Lantern, tells the story of her family’s escape from Vietnam on a boat and their eventual resettlement in Australia via a Thai refugee camp. Pauline’s latest book is The Way of the Spiritual Entrepreneur – The 7 Secrets to Becoming Fearless, Stress Free and Unshakable.
